Aren't you annoyed when people WRITE IN ALL CAPS? You can fix this in a couple of simple steps in Microsoft Word. 

First, highlight the text you want to make lowercase. 
Next, press Shift and F3. 

Presto! The text is all lowercase. Press Shift and F3 again to capitalize the first letter of each word in the selection.

In order to properly insert a chart or graph into Word:
1) Select the chart/graph or the area in Excel you want to copy
2) Click the dropdown arrow next to "Copy" in the menu bar under the "Home" tab
3) Click "Copy as Picture"
4) On the next menu, click "As shown when printed" and click "Ok"
5) Paste as you normally would into Word (Ctrl+V or File-->Paste)
